Money for grants and other charitable programs comes from the Major General William H. Harrison, Jr. Permanent Charity Fund, which is supported by dues and contributions of our members.

The Foresters have been offering financial assistance since the Society was founded in 1879.

Fraternal Scholarship
Amount:  $1,000
Deadline:  April 15

Details:  High school students who are insured members in good standing for the past two years of the Catholic Association of Foresters and are entering an accredited school during the upcoming academic year.

Endowed Scholarships

Amount:  NOT full scholarships.  Varies based on accrued interest of our endowment with the college

Colleges:
  •        College of the Holy Cross
  •        Emmanuel College
  •        College of Our Lady of the Elms
  •        St. John’s Seminary

​Details:  Available through the college’s financial aid process.  If eligible, the college will include the sum on the financial aid report to the student and family.
