This policy covers you for 20 years, at which time it is guaranteed convertible to a Whole Life policy or to a new Term policy, regardless of your health. This means that during the conversion period, you may exchange your policy insurance policy for a new one, without either evidence of insurability or proof of good health. The premiums for your new policy will be based on the premium rate and your age at the time of conversion.

You will receive a specified death benefit for the length of the Twenty Year Level Term policy, however, unlike with whole life, it will not accumulate cash value.
